Under the newly signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), Al-Nuri Duniya will serve as the developer, while Pumpkin Property acts as the sole promoter of the projects. The partnership aims to redefine urban living in Northern Nigeria through sustainable, innovative, and accessible housing.
Prime Living Estate showcases luxury and smart living with 4–6 bedroom duplexes, penthouses, and smart-home technology. Prime View Estate, on the other hand, is tailored for medium-income families, offering affordable 2–3 bedroom bungalows within a serene and well-planned environment.
